The joy of being led by the All-Knowing God

“He leadeth me, O blessed thought!
O words with heavenly comfort fraught!
Whate’er I do, where’er I be,
Still ’tis God’s hand that leadeth me.”

~Joseph H. Gilmore, 1862

I know I said I was probably going to take a bit of a break from blogging this week, but I am so excited, and blogging has become quite the habit–at least it is a good habit!

I am thinking of the future of Hasten Home.  Some of the steps that I am taking right now are a bit scary, you might say.  I am stepping into the unknown, out of my comfort zone.

At the same time, though, I enthusiastically look forward to every new step, knowing that God will lead and empower me as it becomes necessary.

Yesterday, I did what I could as far as our website move (to serve our domain on a new host); but I got left in the “waiting game” while “super-computers” around the world get the information all lined up with our request and with each other.

Meanwhile, I was praying for wisdom for the next step.  I knew basically what I was going to need to be working on, but exactly how it was going to work was still a mystery to me.

Well, in God’s always-perfect timing, I woke this morning with some ideas, which I was eager to get onto paper.  Now they await being put to work.  If I finish this post before my little one wakes up, I will get to some of it now.  If not, my usual work hours await after the sun comes up. 🙂

One thing I know: My God is the most awesome Leader ever to exist–and I am eager to share with you what I am working on.  Well, that is two things; but the second will have to wait for now!

Stay tuned! 🙂

It's okay to be 1st! Or 549th, for that matter... I'm eager to hear from you!
