This week’s Photo Challenge is “Red”. I have puzzled over it all week, but the thought that continues circulating in my brain is a line from “The Coloring Song”:
Red is the color of the blood that flowed
Down the face of Someone who loved us so
By the precious atoning blood of our Saviour, Jesus Christ, our hearts, blackened with sin, will be washed white as snow.
The most important red we will ever consider…the most important red we will ever share with the children—or anyone…the most important red we will ever claim…is the blood of Jesus.
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. -Romans 5:8
