Weekly Photo Challenge: Tiny

This should be fun for the children, too. 🙂  How often do we take the time to look at the little things that God has made and just marvel at the lovingly crafted intricacy?

When our family lived in the desert of Nevada some years ago, we enjoyed going out for walks and enjoying nature in spite of the apparent lack of vegetation.  Do you know what one of our favorite things was to look for?  We called them “belly flowers.”  Do you know why?  It is because you have to get down on your belly to really enjoy them.

These tiny little flowers are all over the desert — but you must take the time and care to find them!

What other tiny things can you think of?  My photo today is of a trail of ants that I found in the park the other day.  They were quite busy!  My little camera does not do the greatest job of capturing tiny critters, but see if you can find them in the photo!

Do you see the trail of tiny ants? Click on the photo if you would like to see it a bit bigger.

Here’s a close-up, just in case…

Now you can see the ants in the circles!

Our God is so awesome!

It's okay to be 1st! Or 549th, for that matter... I'm eager to hear from you!
