Weekly Photo Challenge: Worn

The Israelites spent decades in the wilderness.  The Lord provided their every need: food, water, shade, and even clothing.  Looking back, it could be honestly stated that their clothes and shoes had not even worn out as they were worn, year after year, decade after decade.  How long do your clothes last? :)

How long do *your* clothes last?

“Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” (Matthew 6:19,20)

***Hasten Home is expecting the release of a new, original set of Vacation Bible School materials this month. It will talk of God’s law, the Ten Commandments, and of some of the Israelites’ experiences on their way to the Promised Land—and the bigger picture, including the fall of Lucifer and our Heavenly home ahead. If you have questions or would like to be informed when VBS—The Land of Milk & Honey becomes available for purchase, just send a note to vbs@hastenhome.com and put “Milk & Honey” in the subject line.***
